In the middle of the beautiful Drenthe countryside, near the centre of the cosy village of Westerbork, lies Holiday park Het Timmerholt. A spaciously laid-out park, offering detached holiday homes with plenty of privacy.

The holiday homes in Westerbork vary in size from 4-persons, 6-persons, 8-persons and 10-persons. The large houses offer room for a group to spend the day, with surrounding holiday homes available for overnight stays.

Our accommodation is divided into three types:

• Comfort: A fully furnished holiday home with plenty of space and a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher.
• Luxe: As above, always with a private sauna in or near the accommodation.
• Wellness: As above, with the addition of a jacuzzi or outdoor spa on your private property and a (gas)fireplace in the holiday home.

The holiday park is located around its own lake rich in fish, with a small beach. Directly from the holiday park you can follow beautiful cycling and walking routes. By car, you can reach the cities of Emmen, Assen and Hoogeveen within half an hour. Even the city centre of Groningen can be reached in 45 minutes. At the park itself, we also offer various facilities to make your stay more pleasant.

Many of our holiday homes are located directly on the water. The other accommodations are also situated on spacious plots, and the mature trees and plants on the park ensure that your holiday is surrounded by peace and quiet.
