Many of our comfortable holiday homes are located directly on the water. So you can literally cast a line from your back garden. The fishpond on the park is rich in whitefish, carp and pike, perfect for the novice or advanced recreational fisherman. No licence is required. You may fish from your own garden or from one of the general fishing spots on the park.
At Het Timmerholt, we understand that your dog is an important part of the family. That is why many of our holiday homes are pet-friendly. Around the park you will find numerous walking routes through woods and heathland, where your dog can run and sniff.
You can walk straight from the park into the nature of Drenthe, and off-leash areas are available nearby.
