Holiday home 133 is a luxury wellness holiday home that has been specifically adapted for guests with a physical disability. The accommodation combines high quality accessibility features with comfort and wellness and is suitable for up to 6 guests plus 1 guest with reduced mobility.

General information
- The holiday home is located directly on the water and features a wheelchair friendly garden and jetty
- The garden can be fully enclosed
- The accommodation is equipped with underfloor heating
- All essential facilities are located on the ground floor
- Spacious hallway with sufficient turning space for wheelchair users
Accessible bedroom on the ground floor
On the ground floor there is a specially designed accessible bedroom. The room is furnished in a child friendly style but is suitable for both children and adults.
Facilities
- Ceiling hoist with rail system in the bedroom
- Height adjustable care bed (200 x 90 cm)
- Bed height approximately 80 cm, measured from the top of the mattress to the top of the bed frame
- Sufficient space for care and assistance
- Possibility to place an additional bed for a partner, space is limited
- XL changing and care mat
- Camera installed above the bed for additional supervision, easily connectable to the television in the living room for continuous visual support
Use of the care bed
The bedroom is primarily designed for guests with a disability.
The head and foot sections of the care bed are not adjustable separately.
Hoists and lifting aids
- Ceiling hoists available in both the bedroom and the ground floor bathroom
- Hoists suitable for both slide attachment and loop attachment
- Guests are advised to bring their own sling
- Approximately 8 slings in various sizes are available in the accommodation and can be used subject to availability

The accessible bathroom is located on the ground floor and is fully adapted.
